1> Download a torrent download manager. (Link given above)
2> After download install the download manager
3> Goto a torrent site. (Link given above)
4> Type the name of the application in the search box

5> You will get some results

5> Click on the link which you feel comfortable
6> After clicking you will again some link

7> After you click in a link a website will open and you will get a box written download torrent

8> Click on it
9> A very small file will be download

10> Double click on that file, a box will open where you will be asked to set the directory of that download

11> Set the directory and press ok
12> Your download will be started

 

13> After a certain time download will be finished, and it will show 'Seeding' then press the 'Stop' button.

14> You will get your file
